“The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...

“The day we went, we saw the sheets had been changed months ago. They were not fresh. Bathroom had a leaky faucet. Tv and room phone were not working. Above all the room was nothing like the pictures. Looks like they took the pictures when the hotel was new. It looks 50 years older now. ”
