“Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!”

“The check-in process was easy and the staff were very welcoming. The room was in excellent condition and we recieved a complementary wine and milk bath. The place offered some free and paid activities. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and the restaurant staff were very attentive. “The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...

“Budget rooms, allowed for early checkin. There was no airtel mobile network inside the hotel. Airtel has barely any coverage in local sightseeing places. They dont have a restaurant. But very good options at walkable distance. The rest rooms were clean and maintained neatly. Decent budget stay. ”

“Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs.
