“Black mold all over tub & bathroom carpet made my socks black & smelled bad one bed missing comforter so gave me a thin old blanket which had burn holes”

“the staff was friendly and helpful. The property is not very desirable but I have seen much worse. I am beside myself at how much these places can charge for a place to sleep. If it were a decent place, that'd be different. No breakfast or even coffee pot. That was a negative mark for me. ”

“There were bugs in the bed. Front desk did say they were not bed bugs?? The indoor pool was disgusting and didn’t look open thank goodness . Ice machine did not work. Do not recommend staying at this hotel!!”

“Normally we can make do wherever! We travel alot and have stayed in the best and camped out in the worst. This was among the worst. It has a very dirty feel. It smells...dirty. The people staying there, lives there and that usually tells the story. I wouldn't stay again. Ever. The gal who checked us in couldnt see! She had lost her hlasses- bless her heart. But she was 2 inches away from the screen and the the keyboard. It took a very long time to check in. Just dont stay”

“As you walk inside, and look up in the lobby, they have water leaks and mold issues. The elevators were damaged. Worst of all BOTH rooms they showed us had visible mold in the showers. The person at the desk even came up to the 1 room, and noted the mold and lights not working in the bathroom. Staff stated to expedia, no manager, but there was one who assisted us when we were there. Expedia then told us since there's no manager we had to wait. We did NOT stay as I had to use an epi pen after...

“Beds were comfortable but high for shorter guests..no coffeemaker in room so that was unexpected.. shower handle was very hard to adjust/turn to get to temp you wanted in room 319 anyway.. was very quiet at night..parking was good and staff very friendly.. Should have plant milk option for breakfast..very limited plant based options beside toast/bagel.. hot oatmeal should be left plain and have condiments to add if you want. Here it had cinammon..raisins..sugar.. and butter all mixed in the...

“The hot breakfast was great to have each morning, in a wonderful atmosphere, and with friendly staff. My teen grandson also very much enjoyed the Game Room!”

“Clean hotel”

“This hotel is very run down and dirty. It smells so damp and musty and the tub had an unidentified yellow stain. The only plus was that the guy working the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating. Aside from that wouldn’t stay again.”

“Our TV did not work (no signal) and the staff was slow in responding so we just went to bed. It was ok. Our room had a connecting door, which we didn’t use, but it was so thin we could easily hear the conversation in that room. The breakfast was ok.”

“Property appears to be in an exterior remodel project. Room was clean, but toilet didn’t flush right and ended up not flushing at all. Even the toilet in lobby area didn’t flush all the way, indicating it may be a property wide issue. It was an ok experience, but definitely not my favorite property and may not be one I would probably choose to go to again. It was pretty clean and staff was great which is why it had more stars than I typically would have given”
