“The property itself is nice. They were redoing the parking lot when we were there. The breakfast always has plenty of options for kids and adults. This was our 2nd year at this property and the staff was not as friendly as the first year. When asking for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4, it seemed like we were bothering them and it had to be approved to give us more towels. “3 issues: 1. The space under the bed hadn’t been cleaned. Having dropped an item on the floor that had rolled under the bed, my wife discovered old candy and a pair of women’s underwear. 2. Breakfast was disappointing. No hard boiled eggs on our first morning. Plenty available on day 2. On both days of our stay all 3 three dry cereal options were of the sugar coated variety. “When I got there at 9PM, I was told that there wasn't any available rooms & that Expedia overbooked them. Instead of helping or guiding me on how to find a place so late in the day or even show any sort of sympathy to the situation, the staff told me to call expedia and then walked away.. Expedia customer service was great but the staff at this hotel was useless.”

“The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10”

“This place by far is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The staff (each and everyone) made our stay that much better, from toilet paper to directions to just talking they made my family feel welcome. The hotels amenities were outstanding. The breakfast and social hours were awesome meeting new friends and just having pleasant conversations with people we didn’t even know. Thank you for that opportunity. “Front Desk Ebony was amazing but when asked for a late check out for us the property manager was so nice about it. I loved ebony she was great her hospitality was wonderful and she was phenomenal give her a raise. Thank Ebony for everything.”
