“When you first arrived, it was very clean and nice. The lady at the front desk who ran the office was very rude. Then when I got to my room, my room had a terrible stale cigarette odor. There were stains all over the carpet. It really was not clean very old and worn. I also did not have a shower curtain in my bathroom and I asked for one from hose keep ( who was very nice and helpful) But I received a tore up shower curtain. This property can do much better. “Awfully bad experience. My family and I were doing a roadtrip so we needed a place for the night. We booked two rooms and both had very dirty floors, especially the bathrooms ones with a lot of hair on them. Bed sheets lacked and the beds had some stains on them. Wi-fi didn't work. Outside the rooms there was a terrible smell of pee. We went to the front desk reporting these problems and luckily the ladies changed our rooms, which were both with clean bed sheets and cleaner bathrooms but still...

“I thought Virginia was supposed to be a Southern state but Southern hospitality was missing at this place. Perhaps they just had a dry sense of humor. While the location is convenient, the hotel could use some updating. The breakfast was lacking and they only clean rooms every three days. I think I'll stay elsewhere.”

“I reserved a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. The motel didn’t have anything available water in the room or for purchase. I rented it because the Expedia rating said it was good… but that was false advertising. Shabby Motel is an accurate description.”
