“Awfully bad experience. My family and I were doing a roadtrip so we needed a place for the night. We booked two rooms and both had very dirty floors, especially the bathrooms ones with a lot of hair on them. Bed sheets lacked and the beds had some stains on them. Wi-fi didn't work. Outside the rooms there was a terrible smell of pee. We went to the front desk reporting these problems and luckily the ladies changed our rooms, which were both with clean bed sheets and cleaner bathrooms but still...

“I always stay at this Hampton Inn location. The staff is wonderful & the pool is always warm for my little granddaughter. Upon checking in, there was a sein at the front desk saying the pool was open, but the heater was broken. I questioned changing my reservation to a different location because we swim so much. Anbritt promptly picked up the phone and made a call, arranging for us to have access to the pool at the Doubletree, which shares the same parking lot. I was so grateful that we did not...

“Delivery fee for food was ridiculous just to ride an elevator to my room. Bar staff was great. Front desk staff was understanding and amazing! As always rooms were clean , hotel smelled great. Cliental has changed , not for the good. Better room service food options would be appreciated and no service fee. We tip well. That should be enough . ”
