“The two queen beds were very comfortable. Usually the side closest to the bathroom is worn out, but not here. The room and bathroom was very clean. Also, one of the few hotels I have stayed at that actually had enough towel hooks for 4 people staying in the room. ”

“Stayed at the hotel for 4th of July weekend, the hotel was very pleasant. Staff was great, helpful, and accommodating. The lobby area was very nice, and clean. Our room was very spacious, also very clean, beds were really comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are down near VA Beach. Highly, Highly recommend 😊 The surrounding area was also nice, right near the Outlets. ”

“The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress seemed newer and comfortably firm. The complimentary breakfast area was clean and well kept during the time breakfast was available. A big shoutout is deserved for the staff who kept everything stocked and tidy! Well done all around!”

We booked two rooms and both had very dirty floors, especially the bathrooms ones with a lot of hair on them. Bed sheets lacked and the beds had some stains on them. Wi-fi didn't work. Outside the rooms there was a terrible smell of pee.
We went to the front desk reporting these problems and luckily the ladies changed our rooms, which were both with clean bed sheets and cleaner bathrooms but still...
