“Room is very clean, design & furniture are modern & very chic. Ample lightings in the room, toiletries smell good & area is accessible.”

“1st floor units were very unkept. 2nd floor units were much nicer.”

“This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel.”

“The room itself was pretty nice however we did find other guests items in our room while unpacking which made us worry about just how clean the rooms get after other guests leave, the tvs remote was a bit on the glitchy side as it was hard for it to reguster buttons, and one of our curtians was missing its pull rod when we arrived and despite informing the staff of that fact i think they still charged me for the replacment as my holding charge for any damages hasnt been returned yet. “Staff was great. Room was quite & clean. Hotel had parking. Lots of places to eat and shop near by. Only problem was hair dryer did not work and I forgot to tell front desk. I will go back if I return there.”

“Beds and room were clean. Staff was friendly. The rooms are very basic, and the hotel is old & showing some age. Good enough for me to spend a reasonably priced night or two anytime I'm in that part of town. I wouldn't stay there on MY honeymoon, but I might stay there on yours.”
