3 bedrooms + 2.5 Bath house in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood.
Each bedroom comes with Queen size bed, desk & chair.
Ideal for family & working from home, location is close to All Amenities.
HWY 410, Shopping Center &Toronto Pearson Airport is around the corner.
Looking for a fun day in the city? Downtown Toronto is only a short ride away.
We welcome LONG TERM basis guests.
Public transportation is a short walk away from the home.
Large private backyard with covered patio. We rent the basement out separately as a short term rental on another platform. If you’d like to rent the basement as a part of your stay, please let us know.

Host was really disrespectful, assumed that I was having a party after I had a conversation with him, letting him know that I would be having a small gathering of a certain amount of people. I guess there was miscommunication, but I paid extra for the basement. Then he proceeded to go ahead and contact Verbo’s customer support and let them know that I was having a party and did not even message me to confirm anything or ask anything just simply assumed threatened that he would call the authorities. The house had a weird smell, smelt like laundry was left into the washing machine for too long and the lights were not working in the main room. Some door handles weren’t screwed on tightly. Garbage bags were not accessible. I had to bring my own things such as kitchen appliances, garbage bags, paper towels, knives, and forks. I highly don’t recommend this home as the host will definitely say something is OK and then the day of have an issue.

Lots of small things were damaged, like the door knobs, the blinds, flooring in some areas, the main door. The backyard was a mess. The shower area was very small.

Nice an quiet place. Surrounding is calm also. Liked the place. It has everything we needed. Air conditionning was very Nice and we slept well. Communication with the host were Nice and informative All the time. Overall a Nice place near Toronto!

Mixed feelings

Before we first got into the house we already had trouble getting inside because the door code was not enabled. Upon entering the house the place was such a mess. The vents were on life support and they were taped down as if it would help it survive or last longer. Floor was not mopped properly at all. Before leaving the bnb the place was cleaner than when I first entered.The door handles were also loosened, some doors were not locking. The stairs were a mess creaking at every step. Everything genuinely felt off and dirty.

Fit our Needs

This property was as advertised and fit our needs. Towels were missing from the restrooms so there was no way to easily dry our hands. The shower in the on-suite bathroom didnt appear to have been cleaned recently. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

Did the job

It is very nice and was perfect for our needs. Adding a small washer dryer would be good. A heads up on the person living in the basement would have been nice. He is very nice and I enjoyed talking to him.The house needs updating though.

Extremely nasty place to stay

Let me start by saying that I have rented several houses on my various trips. This house is extremely unhygienic. Carpet is very dirty, mold in the bathroom. This should not be rented anymore in this condition. I have pictures to prove and am hoping to be able to attach them. Carpet is black and nasty that you don’t want to step on it. Hardwood has nasty spots as wel. Bathroom full Of mold. No place to hang towels in the bathroom. Front door cannot be closed from inside. It is nothing like the pictures. No tv in bedrooms as shown in the pictures. Please take a look at your house and remove the listing. It’s not in livable condition.

Pleasant stay

Its not a luxury place, but it's definitely cozy and decent place for my short trip. Family lives downstairs and is pretty loud at some times of day, but it didn't bother me since i also came from a large family with constant noise. Host is kind and responsive. Would stay there again.
