Guests will have exclusive access to the entire main floor they booked, which includes:

The duplex has one shared main entrance. Once inside, your unit is completely private—you can close and lock your door, and all rooms on this level belong only to you.

Please note:
The upper level is not included in this booking and may be occupied by other guests or residents for short-term rental. The basement unit is for long-term tenant. There is no shared space inside your unit.

Privacy is fully respected during your stay.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM. Need flexibility? Inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).

Cleaning Policy: This is a cozy property, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested.
Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.

No Smoking & No Parties: This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Smoking is prohibited inside property.
Smoking indoors will trigger the smoke detector and may result in penalties.

If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
