Hotel in posizione centralissima, ma per il costo della camera mi sarei aspettato un po’ di più. Purtroppo o per fortuna l’hotel è molto centrale, purtroppo c’erano dei lavori in corso per nuovi palazzi (indipendenti dall’hotel) quindi di prima (primissima) mattina iniziavano a martellare; e per fortuna c’erano molti bar nei dintorni che conciliavano il sonno. Ci tornerei? Sì Perchè? Non lo so In generale: va bene

Very good hotel in Toronto. Very clean and with a lot of service. All the staff was very kind with us but the best was Johnathan, at the reception desk!

Some computer problems at check in, but the staff remained courteous. Pillows were less than ideal in room, but everything was nice and clean.

バスタブのカランが壊れていて、シャワーに切り替えるとカランが外れてしまい少量の湯でしかシャワーが浴びれなかった。 日本のように水がどれほど安全かわからないので、飲料水を一本でもおいていてくれるとありがたい 冷蔵庫の付いている部屋に案内して欲しかった

The hotel is a few blocks from the Toronto General. Less than 10 minute walk. Its also only a few blocks from Yonge St.

Unbelievable, noise from Wellesley Street and a Coke machine out in the hall. If I got two hours sleep, I was lucky. emergency equipment and heavy equipment moving all night. I would never spend a nickel on this place ever again $200 would just thrown in the garbage. I wanted to be well rested. I’m having surgery at 10 o’clock. I am so stressed out I can’t wait to put me out. I live in Whitby and decided to stay overnight instead of that mind blowing Toronto morning traffic. What a mistake.

The hotel and property are dated. I was surprised when I compare to other hotels. I realize a Leaf playoff game was on but 500 for a night was too high given the condition of the hotel.

Had the thermostat at 16C, but the room was very warm. I called and asked if they could come help me fix it and they said that there is no AC during this time of the year and if I needed the room to be cold that I should open the Window of my room… which I did… but it is downtown Toronto on Thursday night… so I was only able to get about 4 hours sleep because of how loud it was and the other two nights that I stayed there, was no exception… I don’t normally leave reviews of hotels, but unfortunately this was the worse sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. I paid nearly $2000 for a 4 night stay and had to have the window open all 5 days I stayed at the hotel, so not a single peaceful moment.

Our room was exceptionally small, and no kurig just a small kettle with instant coffee but the most disturbing thing is that: at 6 in the morning (i am a very light sleeper) i can hear someone trying to get in their room, but was having issues with their key card, turns out it was my room, i had the chain lock on, and when i said HEY! He stopped fiddling with the lock and said: Housekeeping....like hell housekeeping, now get this...comes back a second time 20 mins later and when i said wth?! He says sorry this room is supposed to be empty, if so...then why would it need housekeeping??

This was one of the worst stays in terms of cleanliness. Our room had brown marks on the bathroom door and mirrors. Bottom of the doors and cracks were black. The cocking on the sink had black spots resembling mold. The bed wasn’t made and the chair was sticky. I was very hesitant to even want to sleep in the bed but every other hotel in the city was sold out. Won’t be coming back

Such a wonderful, convenient downtown hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The in-house restaurant was delicious and moderately priced. Our room was clean and comfortable! This location was close to everything downtown. Couldn’t ask for a more enjoyable stay!!! ❤️

Nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is older and the rooms are simple. We were a bit disappointed to not have a mini fridge or microwave in our room. Also, the pool was a bit disappointing. We went swimming twice. The first time it was good but the second time, the slide was shut down (we did not see any signage explaining why or when it would be back on) and also there were no towels at the pool. Another family was trying to call the front desk to alert them of the no towel situation and the front desk kept calling the pool even though there was no staff member to be found. Finally, we had to leave and got back to our room without towels, wet and dripping. On a minor note, the change rooms were not great. The door is always propped open and there is no where private to change. On a more positive note, we quite enjoyed the restaurant on site, the staff was excellent and it is a very walkable area with lots of stores nearby. Farm boy is a block over which was nice to pick up a few snacks.
