I found the stuff the men to be a very laid-back not caring just wanting to get a paycheck. There was one lady from our check-in to our checkout who was absolutely phenomenal! She would be the only reason we would return she was phenomenal she treated us with respect she was gracious she was friendly. I do think that bathtubs should have some kind of gripping on them as you can fall! Being that I do have a disability I had to lay a towel on the bathtub floor in the tub itself. The tubs really should have some kind of skitting on them so that you don't fall. The actual faucet coming out of the wall was in need of repair it was about to come out. Towels more than two bath towels and one hand towel are needed there was no washcloth. Coffee in the room Really should be equipped with a dry creamers which is like a coffee mate which is dry powder to put only two coffee pods two accessories which included one stir stick one serviette one sugar one sweetener yet no dry powder mix to as per a coffee mate was shocking. You need to have a dry substance for people who do not drink their coffee black. And when I phone down to the front desk and I'm told at 10:30 at night to come down there in my pajamas to get whitener or cream is crazy. It should be provided in the room these are suggestions in order to make this place better. We Will stay there again but we will keep in mind that we need to bring our own creamers You don't need to have liquid creamer You can have dry creamers
