Please respect quiet hours to maintain a peaceful environment for both the property and neighbors. Keep noise levels low during these hours.

2. No Smoking Inside
Smoking is permitted only in the front yard. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and respect the non-smoking areas.

3. Toilet Use
Only use the toilet for pee, poo, and water. No other items should be flushed to prevent pipe blockages and potential sewage backups.

4. Garbage Separation
Green Bin: Food waste, pizza boxes, tissues, and similar organic materials.
Blue Bin: Bottles, cans, paper, cardboard, and plastic containers.
Black Bin: Other trash.
Garbage bin pick up is bi-weekly. Please bring correct color bin to sidewalk on collection day.

5. Handle Furniture with Care
