THE HOME

This spacious three-level Toronto home offers generous living space, private outdoor areas, a dedicated office, private parking, and a lower-level wellness floor.

The main living level features a bright vaulted living room with dramatic 18-foot ceilings, skylights, premium entertainment features, and an open dining area that seats up to 10. The well-equipped kitchen connects directly to an outdoor deck, making the home comfortable for both everyday living and longer stays.

The bedroom level includes a king primary bedroom, a second bedroom, two full bathrooms, and generous closet and storage areas. A dedicated office provides a comfortable space for remote work, calls, or focused study.

Downstairs, guests can enjoy a second living/lounge area plus a private spa and fitness space with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, rowing machine, cycling setup, TV, and workout area.

The home includes central air conditioning, strong WiFi, smart lighting, outdoor space, rear access, and one private laneway parking space.

LOCATION

The home is located in a central Toronto neighbourhood close to Yorkville, shops, restaurants, parks, transit, and downtown access — while still offering the privacy and comfort of a full house rather than a condo.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have private access to the full home, including the living areas, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, office, bathrooms, lower-level lounge, spa/fitness area, decks, and one private laneway parking space.

Entry is through a smart/electronic lock, with check-in details provided before arrival. The home has both front and rear access.

A few owner storage areas or locked cabinets may be reserved and unavailable to guests. Otherwise, the home is set up as a private full-home stay.

GUEST INTERACTION

Guests will have the home to themselves and can enjoy a private, independent stay.

I will be available by message if anything is needed before or during the stay, and I’ll do my best to respond promptly. Check-in details and house information will be provided in advance so guests can settle in easily.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

This is a three-level home with stairs between the living, bedroom, and lower-level spaces.

Guests have access to one private laneway parking space. Additional street parking may be subject to city rules and availability.

The home includes smart-home features, including smart lighting and voice-assistant devices. Guests are welcome to use them or leave them unplugged if preferred.

The spa and fitness area includes an infrared sauna, cold plunge, rowing machine, cycling setup, and workout space. Guests use these amenities at their own discretion and should follow the house instructions provided.

Exterior security cameras are present for property security, including at the front entrance and rear exterior area. There are no indoor cameras or recording devices.
