Pros:
Condo is a great size, area and location is great, the gym is very nice and equiped with everything you need to work out. Sauna and pool were nice too. Owner was easy to connect with.
Cons:
I walked into a unit that was not clean I took mulitple pictures and sent to the owner. The owner refunded the cleaning fees but regardless i had to clean the unit myself. I also had to get my own sheets, coffee machine and cleaning materials to clean the condo. The sheets looked like they were used, the coffee machine was filthy (hense why I went to get my own). The pictures showed a table and chairs to eat at and this was missing. It took almost 2 weeks to have a table and chairs dilivered. The owner said the last tenants damaged this, but they really should have provided this type of information when renting.
I picked this spacific condo for some of its features: location, ameniteis (movie room/games room), gym and hot tub. The hot tub was out of order the entire time I was there which was just over 1 month and I was told I was not able to uses the amenities without the owner present. These two things were very disappointing.
