Limited parking only 1 cars on driveway and 1 in the garage is allowed more cared should be parked on the visitors parking.
Please do not park your car on the neighbor's Driveway

Backyard access is up until 10:00pm

According to fire and safety regulations this house has a house limit of 15 people after 11pm all visitors must vacate the premises.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke only outside, and must collect cigarette butts in the provided tray or dispose of them in the trash. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, street, or neighbor’s property.

Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am

Check out is 11am. Late check out can only be confirmed by 9pm on the night before departure.

Depending on the dates of your stay you may be required to put out or bring in garbage bins

Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage.

Please be advised that I have a strict no smoking and no partying policy. There are cameras outside of the house and anyone in violation of this policy will be will charges a penalty fee of $1,000 and be evicted without refund.

Please do not park in front of other residential areas in the neighborhood.

This property is in poor condition and does not match the “luxury” description in the listing at all. The beds only had fitted sheets, the walls and cabinets were very dirty, with visible holes in the walls. A full paint job is clearly needed. The fireplace did not work, most of the furniture was damaged or broken, and the appliances barely worked, if at all. The host’s response time was unacceptable. In short, the listing is misleading and the reality is very disappointing. I do not recommend this property.
