Spacious all-in-one with workspace and gym

Check out Toronto while staying in our bright and airy unit. This self-contained, private, apartment has all you need to work from home while you're away from home.

The unit is a bachelor with high-speed wifi, an office space, outdoor seating, a little gym and shared laundry.

The apartment is in a little gem of an area called Harwood, steps from TTC (public transit in Toronto), the Stockyards (shopping) and The Junction (restaurants and bars).

The space
The apartment is accessed through a private keypad door in the backyard. The unit has a queen bed, the living area has a large comfy couch, a reading chair, a 47" tv and a number of games.

The kitchen has an extendable table, the major amenities, chef's knives and great cooking pots.

There is a desk and office chair in a nook near the stairs. Access to a shared printer is available.

The bathroom was renovated this year and includes grab bars beside the toilet and in the shower. There's also a large walk in closet where you will find extra towels, blankets and sheets.

A shared gym with a bench, weights (35, 25, 15, 12, 10, 5, 2), an exercise ball, a yoga mat and a number of other exercise tools is beside the shared laundry.

Outside there's a bench for taking in the Toronto sun, and a shared barbq.

Guests traveling with a baby / toddler can request a pack n' play, booster seat, stroller and toys/books (up to 4yo).

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire unit, and come and go as they please. Guests will also have access to the shared gym and shared laundry.

Other things to note
There is no accessible access to this unit - the unit requires walking up and down stairs.
