6. Snow Removal (Winter Months): It is the guest's responsibility to clear the snow from the sidewalk during the winter months to ensure safety for all.
7. Portable Air Conditioner (Summer Months): Please dispose of the water collected in the portable air conditioner located in the 3rd-floor room. Ensure the drainage is properly managed to avoid overflow and potential damage to the floor.
8. It is guest's responsibility to cleaning up after their pets, including removing dog waste from the yard, sidewalks, and surrounding property areas.
9. Firepit in the Front Yard: Supervision is required at all times when the firepit is in use. Make sure the fire is properly extinguished after use.
