The Space:
Position perfect, this residence has Torquay’s shops on its doorstep and only a short stroll to stunning beaches and parks. Upstairs boasts a private north deck – a lovely place to enjoy morning sunshine and ocean glimpses, whilst also bathed in the light of afternoon sunsets. This is an ideal 3-bedroom townhouse for relaxed coastal living and ultimate convenience, oriented to capture distant easterly glimpses across the sea to Victoria’s East Coast, from the patio deck.

The sunny, upstairs open plan living area has Blackbutt hardwood timber floors, complementing the modern kitchen with marble-look stone countertops and black accents throughout.

The advantages of this location are many, but top of the list is being able to leave the car in the garage and explore everywhere on foot. Close enough to enjoy daily walks to the beach, and quick and easy to duck into the supermarket, yet tucked away in a quiet lane – it makes for a great holiday destination or corporate accommodation. Well-zoned throughout to provide privacy to sleeping quarters, and communal space upstairs, the staircase and upper floor are defined by beautifully executed natural and industrial materials. The neutral colour palette, stylish furnishing and décor combine with the liveability and convenience of this location. Classy and masterfully designed, it delivers an effortless elegance so you can enjoy this house year-round, with cleverly connected indoor and outdoor living spaces. Lounge with a good book, watch movies to your heart’s content, come and go from the heart of the township nearby... this is a great base for your time in Torquay.

An open plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, or indulge in a plethora of local takeaway options, complete with a beautiful dining table. Quality stainless steel appliances are featured, from the induction cooktop to the electric oven, dishwasher, and stylish integrated cabinetry. Plenty of storage is available, plus fully-equipped crockery, cutlery and cookware, tea, coffee and some pantry essentials.

Open up the double stacker sliding doors to the deck, with glass balustrades overlooking the fenced courtyard below. Climate control is ideal for all seasons, with double-glazed windows and split systems to the living room and all 3 bedrooms, ensuring year-round comfort.

All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The Master bedroom is located upstairs, with a King Bed, his n’ her’s built-in robes and a luxurious, ensuite bathroom that features a large shower, stone vanity and toilet. This upper level also has a convenient powder room for guests.

The family bathroom downstairs has a large shower, vanity and toilet, plus heated towel rails. It services two spacious bedrooms with built-in robes; a Queen bedroom and a Single (with trundle) has sliding door access to a shaded courtyard for outdoor entertaining. It has synthetic turf, concrete base, landscaped garden and the option to park a second car undercover.

A single lock up garage with slimline auto garage door combines convenient laundry facilities.

Access via a shared driveway through a locked gate - passcode will be provided. The property is the last Townhouse as you enter the white gates. The property is keyless entry with a passcode provided to allow access to the property. Garage is provided for 1 small vehicle. There is free off street parking located in the next street over if required

The Neighborhood:
This townhouse is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.
- Located approximately 750 metres to the gorgeous Cosy Corner Beach
- 1 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bar's, restaurants, boutique stores
- A 5 -10 minute stroll to the surf shops.
- Or take a short 10 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.

Treat yourself to a bought coffee in the lovely organic café in the same square as Coles, just a couple of minutes walk away.

If you would like to go out for brunch, lunch, dinner, tapas or a few drinks, there are great cafes and wine bars in abundance all within a few minutes walk. Many places have ‘Happy Hour’. Gilbert Street and its surrounds is a great little area to explore as well as Bell St.

There are numerous little boutiques, and anything you could want in clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.

If you go to the western end of Boston Rd you will find Surf City Plaza, home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver and Rip Curl (both of which originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and the beach, with shops, cafes & supermarket within steps of the front door. On-street parking is available, plus a single lock up garage & a second car park undercover.

Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 15 mins by car from Melbourne.
