Designed with both comfort and practicality in mind, the home features three bedrooms, one study with a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and multiple living zones spread across a single, easy-flowing level. Natural light fills the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living spaces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

🍽 Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm — complete with an electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, air fryer, and all essential cookware, utensils, and pantry basics such as oil, salt, pepper, tea, and coffee. The adjoining dining area seats up to six guests, perfect for family meals or long, leisurely breakfasts before heading to the beach.

🛋 Living Areas

There are two separate living areas, each offering its own charm and comfort:
The main living room features a large Smart TV and cosy L shaped lounge, additional arm chair and ceiling fan for relaxing movie nights.
The second living area also has a Smart TV, comfortable seating, bean bags, ceiling fan and a selection of board games — a great spot for children or guests looking for a bit of space.

🛏 Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: King bed, private ensuite, and a tranquil outlook.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (can also be made up as two singles) with built-in robe.
Bedroom 3: Double bed with built-in robe.
Bedroom 4 / Study: Features a sofa bed and desk — perfect for an extra guest/two younger children or a quiet work space if needed.
All bedrooms are beautifully presented with comfortable bedding, fresh linen, and plenty of storage.

🚿 Bathrooms & Laundry

The main bathroom includes a bath, shower, and separate toilet, while the master ensuite provides extra privacy. The laundry is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

Step outside into a beautifully landscaped backyard that’s both private and family-friendly.
