“Excellent hotel with lovely staff. From the second we walked out the car door the valet staff greeted us and directed us to the check in desk. The check in staff were lovely to deal with, after checking in we grabbed our bags and headed to our room. We checked out the pool shortly after- there was a bit of dirt in the pool floating and the water was cold but otherwise beautiful area. Later in the evening they had an activity looking for ducks around the hotel to win a prize. My kids 4 and 6...

“Restaurant was very slow. There was no other patrons but us and food took very long. We were sat and asked for our drink order and 25 mins passed before they returned. ”

“Called and asked for an early check in, was rudley told no. And then a friend called and asked and was told they could. So I’m not sure why that option was not available to me. Couldn’t use my credit card to leave a deposit so I had to use debit and have it returned before I left. Room also had a slight old cigarette smell ”

“Everything throughout the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when requests were made. The dining area is full of natural light and pleasantly decorated. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of good options, and good, complimentary coffee is available at all times. ”

“When we checked in we were told pool is closed for maintenance. It shows no were on the website that the pool is closed. ”

“The room was clean and the staff was excellent, however, we had to wait to check in as room wasn't ready on time and the pool area was not clean. We were looking forward to the pool but it was not clean enough for use - garbage at bottom of pool. ”

“The room was clean, the staff was wonderful and offered me a free room upgrade as i was travelling alone and they originally wanted to put me on the 1st floor, i asked for a higher level for saefty they were happy to provide no questions asked!”
