“Can't believe I paid almost $100 for this. The floor was sticky and disgusting, and you can tell that the entire building needs a serious makeover. Even the ice bucket had a crack at the bottom of it. Tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. Gives seriously shady vibes. Save your money. The one redeeming factor was the location.”

“Broken drywall on bathroom floor, old candy bar wrapper in nightstand drawer. Left an item behind and no one would call back. Asked for a cab was told it takes 5 minutes, oh no I was late for an extremely important appointment.”

“Decent for a night or two, but overall just okay. The walls are very thin, and quiet hours didn’t seem to be enforced. Check-in was confusing — we arrived around midnight to locked doors and had to call someone to get in since staff is only onsite from 8 AM to 8 PM. We were originally told mobile check-in with a credit card was an option, but that never seemed to work properly. On top of that, the $150 incidental hold felt excessive for a budget hotel. Housekeeping was minimal, and we had to...

“The color thing is interesting, but I would have appreciated more attention to some basics. For example, when I went to turn the TV off, it turned out there were no batteries in the remote control. There were no instructions on the phone that explained how to reach the front desk. There were no USB outlets to I had to find a store that sold AC adapters so I could charge my devices. Also a 4 PM check-in seems really late and I'm convinced that made me wait 20 minutes for no reason. Beyond that,...

“Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pressure of the showerhead...something that isn't usually the best in a hotel room. Breakfast selections were numerous and delicious. Enjoyed the evening kickbacks as well. Appreciated the secure parking garage. Only thing not up to par was something was spilled in the hallway that wasn't vacuumed over three days. Overall, a great experience and would 100% stay here again!”

“The space was very clean, cozy and quiet. There was plenty of room to be comfortable to both rest and have time to get work done or relax in the living room area. The location was very convenient for everything we were visiting St Louis for! (We could walk to both the Fabulous Fox Theatre and Foundry - about 15 min each, and it was a very short trip to the Enterprise Center)”
