“The neighborhood was bad. My daughter felt unsafe. The door lock inadequate. I had to rebook.”

“It was extremely unsafe and the manager made it even more unsafe for me. He willing accomplices people trying to harm me and I would like a full refund for my stay there”

“The room had a hole in the carpet. The breakfast was so poor that we ended up not eating. Their “juice” was so watered down you could barely see the color”

“I liked that the actual rooms inside were fairly clean with comfortable beds and good hot water pressure in the shower. What I did not like was that the appearance of the place looked like a low-income apartment building. The residence got loud on Sunday night after midnight, and I had a plane to catch at 6am.”

“This has been the most disappointing room experience!!! Bugs, no working tv, no working toilet, trash in sink, stained sheets and blanket, and REFUSAL to give refund. Definitely the worst. I requested a refund immediately after going into the room it was refused - not to mention the OWNER of the property was on set and very rude, immature and disrespectful.”

“Very clean, comfortable and quiet. I met the owners that run the hotel and they are very friendly folks. All the amenities worked well. These are the things that are important to me.”

“Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all. Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate. I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them.”
