“This was our second stay at this hotel, but our experience this time was disappointing. When my husband needed a pen, he called the front desk five times; each time he was put on hold for a long period and told someone would bring one, but no one ever did. Additionally, the room upstairs was very noisy, with what sounded like someone running around and causing loud disturbances. It wasn’t a pleasant stay this time around and for this reason we will never come back to this hotel.”

“Hotel di livello molto buono in tutti gli aspetti: hall confortevole e ampia, buona offerta per la colazione, bella palestra. Camere ampie e pulite. Unica nota negativa: la camera non è stata sistemata tra il primo e il secondo giorno del nostro soggiorno. Mi è successo anche in altri hotel e per me non è stato un grave problema perché c'era ampia disponibilità di asciugamani, ma è necessario comunicarlo prima al cliente”

“Hotel vecchio, c'era puzza di piscio ovunque (colpa della pioggia e della moquette) e il lavandino ha buttato fuori un liquame nerastro. L'hotel andrebbe completamente rinnovato e la moquette sostituita”

“La pulizia in una camera non era stata fatta. Il personale alla reception era sbrigativo e poco accogliente. Il ristorante per cena e colazione pessimo. La struttura e' bellissima e in posizione ottima per l'aeroporto, ma la qualità, rispetto al passato, è scesa moltissimo in proporzione al prezzo che si paga. È un buon hotel 4 stelle, ma il costo (delle camere, del parcheggio) è sproporzionato a come viene gestito. ”

“The overall was good enough, buy I was charged twice for a dinner. When I realized this fact, I sent a message via Expedia and after two weeks another email, but I haven't received any response yet. Moreover, the assistent at the reception has been very hasty with us, giving very poor info, both at the check in and the check out. For these reasons I must give a low evaluation.”
