“La pulizia in una camera non era stata fatta. Il personale alla reception era sbrigativo e poco accogliente. Il ristorante per cena e colazione pessimo. La struttura e' bellissima e in posizione ottima per l'aeroporto, ma la qualità, rispetto al passato, è scesa moltissimo in proporzione al prezzo che si paga. È un buon hotel 4 stelle, ma il costo (delle camere, del parcheggio) è sproporzionato a come viene gestito. ”

“The overall was good enough, buy I was charged twice for a dinner. When I realized this fact, I sent a message via Expedia and after two weeks another email, but I haven't received any response yet. Moreover, the assistent at the reception has been very hasty with us, giving very poor info, both at the check in and the check out. For these reasons I must give a low evaluation.”

“Hotel di livello molto buono in tutti gli aspetti: hall confortevole e ampia, buona offerta per la colazione, bella palestra. Camere ampie e pulite. Unica nota negativa: la camera non è stata sistemata tra il primo e il secondo giorno del nostro soggiorno. Mi è successo anche in altri hotel e per me non è stato un grave problema perché c'era ampia disponibilità di asciugamani, ma è necessario comunicarlo prima al cliente”

“Easy and very close to airport, they have parking for 35$. Its close to the nmew rental car hub at LAX, and most rental cars have a shuttle to take you to your hotel so that only took 10 min after i returned the car. They have a shuttle that runs every 20-30 min to take you the airport. The bed was very comfortable and my room was spacious and clean. I will definitiely stay here again. It was easyeasy, nice, and clean.”
