“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here Great staff, comfortable rooms and good food”

“Location was excellent but the main road was busy with cars parked on double yellow lines outside the entrance to the property. Nice modern apartment. We had to replace the batteries in the remotes as none worked . The yard needs weeding. The bedding was low quality. The first night was peaceful as there was no one if the flat above us however the second was dreadful. We could hear constant footsteps running up and down . Shouting and screaming kids. Tv was on full blast . Went on till gone 11...

“It’s a beautiful building in very pretty grounds. It’s a bit faded and needs a revamp as it has amazing potential. The bathroom was clean but the shower curtain was grubby. It was brown at the bottom. The room was clean but needs more lighting and the curtains were hard to open and close. The old mirror was very mottled and hard to use. Breakfast was ok and staff were friendly. No hash browns available. When breakfast arrived they were just absent! ‘We don’t have any’. At check out - service...

“Lovely staff and excellent location. Rooms look as though they have been recently refurbished. Cold breakfast selection not as good as it used to be but good variety of cooked breakfasts on offer. I found the restaurant very cold in the evening but fine in the morning. Plenty of supplies in the room, tea, coffee, water, biscuits and toiletries etc.”
