“Homeless man in entrace. Staff didnt care. Front waiting area smells like cigarrettes. Elevator stinks and super dirty. Rooms toilet dont flush. Bathtub dont drain. Shower not warm but not hot. Cleaning lady rude. Sad the place could be so much better with the proper management. Specially as families come here for the pool but the front end smells like cigarrettes. ”

“Excellent hotel with great rooms and great amenities. The restaurant was fantastic, the pool and water slide was great and the club lounge was awesome! So nice having quick access to the mall!”

Breakfast was ok, something off about the chunked eggs and sausages one day but the omlettes and sausage patties the next day were way better. Stayed on a thurs & friday so breakfast was very busy sat morning, there were several waffle machines and a whole wheat option which was nice.
