Baite a Trapper Creek

“This was an excellent cabin and wonderful hosts!”

“Casetta molto semplice ma funzionale con cucina. La conduzione è familiare e i gestori sono molto gentili. Il centro del paese è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. L'unico inconveniente è stata la porta della caldaia che appena toccata si è pericolosamente staccata dai cardini.”

“Beautiful location.”

“The house was just as listed cozy and clean. With the nice touch of having water dish for my furry friend.”

“My cousin and I stayed here 3 nights for our very first trip to Alaska! We had an unforgettable time here and felt very comfortable every night :D. The heater was great, the kitchen area was used everyday, the movie selection was amazing, the location was wonderful, no complaints what so ever. Thank you Curt!”

“Property was great location, cabin was clean and full of amenities.”

“We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean.”

“Had a wonderful stay at the Dragonfly cabin… well-appointed with everything you might need. Great location with direct access to multi-use trails. Quiet, clean, and cozy. Perfect size for a solo weekend trip. Lovely!”

“Fabulous, the sauna is great!”

“It was a cute little cabin. A little cold however, as it was -8F. ”

“Lovely little cabin in the woods. So quiet and peaceful. Short drive from the town of Talkeetna on the Spur Road with a full private bath. Kahiltna Birch Works just a short drive away and a must stop for some late run birch syrup and fireweed ice cream. Yum!”

“Really cute place in a great location. Unfortunately we had bad weather & our flightseeing tour was cancelled, but it was nice spending the cold rainy day inside the cute little cabin. The hot tub & sauna were a great addition too. Wish there was a bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms, and no microwave was a little inconvenient, but overall it was a great stay.”

“The stone hut is a very unique VRBO with amazing views and a convenient location near Talkeetna. There was 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but unfortunately the downstairs bathroom had plumbing issues while we were there. The host was aware and actively working on fixing it, so hopefully it doesn't impact any future guests. My only note is the spiral staircase being a little precarious and that is likely why little kids are not allowed to stay at this property. The host communication was good and if...

“The description is accurate. The Chum cabin is right on the creek. The cabin is immaculate and spacious. The sauna was great. The outhouse is clean, and aromatic.”

“Great cabin! We stayed for 5 nights while touring. It is a beautiful cabin and has everything you need. Would highly recommend.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!! The property was clean with a feel of home! The property was beautiful and we had fun exploring as a family! We were visited by a sweet dog who we loved and was extremely friendly and welcoming! We were thankful for the pots and pans and even enjoyed that there were toiletries available. We would recommend this cabin over and over again! A definite stay if you’re around Talkeetna!”

“The large laundry was nice to have access too. Having to clean the towels for the next guest was a bummer. The large lamp on the bedside table with a broken leg that was placed to look ok, also the couch was probably 20 years old and uncomfortable.”

“Property was swarming with mosquitos, you could not stay outside. We had to carry bug spray with us when we went from the cabin to our truck and back again to the cabin. Had to spray around the doors so the mosquitos would not follow us into the cabin or truck. And the WiFi did not work so the was no TV to watch inside. It's a nice secluded are and the cabin was nice inside. I don't know if there is a better time of year to visit this area.It was close to Talkeetna which was where we wanted to be.”
