Hotel vicino a Travelers Chapel - Conway

“The property and room were excellent. Clean, well appointed. The issue with the property was the staff and amenities. Online indicated check in is at 3pm.We arrived slightly before that but noticed a sign in the lobby stated check in was at 4pm, not 3pm. I was still permitted to check in, however my room was not yet ready. I was told it would be placed first on the list of rooms to be cleaned next and to give them 30-40 minutes. I was asked for my phone number and assured I would be called when...

“The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom cabinets were apparently under construction, faucet was loose, appears to be undergoing renovation.”

“Even though I had a reservation there were no available rooms and I guess it was for the better since this is the worst, most rundown motel I have ever seen in my life and Im from the projects of Detroit. ”

“I love the indoor pool and that every room has a balcony !!! That balcony alone A+. Also the floor to ceiling windows in the lobby over looking the lake was nice.”

“the Inn was very clean, and the staff was great, you have a view of the ocean and such on a balcony. Parking was easy to manage. I believe housekeeping is requested, but other than that great place to stay.”

La chambre était très propre et bien entretenue. Accès à la plage en quelques minutes . Tout était très bien , espaces de stationnement inclues. Nous recommandons et avons beaucoup aimé !”
