“If you can get through the smell of marijuana and people yelling down the hallway, pounding on doors from midnight until 1 AM, you will find yourself in a room that was in disrepair. There were no plug-ins in the bathroom, half the lighting worked, there were stains on the main door and headboards of the beds, a broken chair at the desk, and water damage on the wall by the main window. The positive is that even though the beds were small, they were comfortable, and there was a nice 55-inch TV....

“I would not recommend staying at Bermuda Sands. Our experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The property appeared old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt run-down and uninviting. Customer service was also lacking. “The hotel was moldy and had mildew. Was not clean at all. We complained about the original room they gave of because of the rotten smell and got an attitude from the front desk. They did change our room to a slightly better room but it was still nasty ”
