“We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. “Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. ”

“First the have ceiling fall when someone upstairs took shower soaked everything then they gave us a room on other side dog barked all night someone else played loud music all night bathroom wasn't cleaned Ryun was nasty never again will I stay there ! So traveled bk home no sleep and wouldn't do a refund”

“Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that”

“Good resort overall. The indoor pool area was great for all ages. The rooms were decent and clean. Things just need updating. Replace the curtains and deep clean the pool area. You can see the rust on the pool covering while in the lazy river and over the vents in the pool and hot tub. You know it's clean and can smell the chlorine but you can see the wear and tear. I would also recommend having the waterpark open past 3pm so we can really enjoy it.”
