“Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per tre notti. Viaggiavo da sola alla ricerca di una stanza da affittare a Cardiff. La camera e i bagni(in comune) erano puliti, il personale discreto e gentilissimo. “The hotel was almost ok except the bed. It is incredible that in 2022 they still use spring mattresses and the springs pop us and you feel them in your back the whole night. What a shame fornsuch a hotel chain”

“I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. I even used the pool which had a lift for disabled folks to get in/out. Had a great stay and a great time. Lovely friendly people and very helpful. My wife even pulled the...

“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. “Great position in Cardiff downtown. Room was spacious enough and silent but a bit rundown. It probably needs some renovations. Staff was really helpful and kind. Check in and check out were smooth and they also kept my luggage for an additional hour”

“Perfect location, looking directly across the Taff at the stadium. Only 10 minute walk to Mary Street. Very clean and the keybox entry makes checking in/out a breeze. Shared bathrooms between floors are immaculately clean also. ”
