Hotel vicino a Tresilian Bay - Cardiff

“Lovely location and a real charachter property. The whole place was nice and clean and had all the facilities you could need. Great selection available for the continental breakfast and all presented nicely. Great comeunication from the host prior to arrival and the whole experience was very welcoming.”

“Very large and well appointed room. Nice breakfast (although kitchen add-ons can take a while), and really nice restaurant. The grounds are very scenic too.”

“We were on the first floor so the window was so high up you couldn’t see out of it. The quilt cover was ripped at the top and had been put on inside out. The shower was ok but no instruction for use were anywhere to be seen. Staff were very helpful. It was a bit noisy at night as sound proofing isn’t amazing but good enough. The pitch of the ceiling in our room came down low enough that I could hit my head on it.”

“It was during one of the high temperatures inEngland and tho it had two fresh air windows the host only allowed one. a small bathroom size window for ventilation plus a small fan. I asked him to open the other window / door but was denied seeming me to leave the property after one nite due to a high temp room . Host was not very helpful tho I asked to change rooms. Also no shade on deck . Would not stay here again .”

“It was an ideal stay for a short stay but I do feel that the rooms do need a bit of a revamp. I must say though, it was a very clean. Great service though and staff were very friendly. Thank you ☺️”

“Staff very friendly and helpful, the room was in poor repair without a main light and the extra bed was broken.We are non smokers and they gave us a smoking room that stank of cigarettes smoke.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would 100% recommend this lodge! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The lodge was spotless, beautifully presented and had everything we could possibly need. We were especially impressed with all the thoughtful little extras provided, including dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bathrobes and towels. It’s rare to find a holiday lodge so well equipped, and those small touches really made us feel welcome. Glyn and Phillipa...

“Great location for town or beach. One downside, we found the mattress hard.”

“Positive: location, the peaceful feeling of a country house, the view on the fields and horses, cozy apartment. Room for improvement: all 3 mattresses were sagging/broken, we all basically slept on springs. The radiator of the 2 single beds room was so noisy we had to turn it off. Wifi very weak but I guess it does not depend on the owners.”
