“Kel and Mel made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Gave us ideas about what we could do. We enjoyed a day walking along the canal and the next day to a local sites. The Breakfast was excellent.”

“Absolutely delightful hotel. Me and a friend booked a room each for the Hay Festival, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The staff were wonderful; helpful, friendly, even showed us to our rooms. The location was great, not too far away but far enough that I’d was quiet and tranquil. The breakfast is well worth the money, as is the Old Barn pub across the road, where we ate that night. A fantastic stay, I can’t wait to return with my husband next time.”

“This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted. Il proprietario è stato gentile e premuroso per una prenotazione dell'ultimo momento, ci è stato un disguido per il pagamento ma risolto telefonicamente senza alcun problema l'indomani.
