“The ladies at the check in staff were amazing. However rooms were falling apart and I found so much black mold in the morning. Reported it to the guy checking out he seemed unbothered just said okay. I slept all night surrounded by Black Mold.”

“Rooms are very well thought out lots of storage, but uncluttered and ultra clean. I loved that there were no cleaning product or other fumes in the room. The place had no artificial odors whatsoever. No glade plug-ins or other obnoxious air freshener smells, I really appreciate that!!! The check-in staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly. The check-out staff was just the opposite...super nice and friendly. We will be back!”

“The view of Lake Geneva was amazing from the room's balcony, and even better at their outdoor patio facing the lake. We very much enjoyed the incredible sauna/hot tub/pool combination also.”

“The room was filthy. The floors were sticky. The mirror was foggy and clearly had not been wiped down. We had a large spider in our room. There were hair balls in the corner of the room. The hot tub had been concreted in, which was not disclosed upon checking in that they no longer had a hot tub. The entire building was very rundown in major need of renovation and updates the hotel staff kept asking unusual and strange questions and making a point to intercept us wherever we were walking in the...
