Hotel a Tri-Cities

“Room was clean but old and worn out. The staff was kind. The Door to the room had a 1 inch gap at the top and bottom so you could hear the lobby and hallway and elevator and whatnot like the door was wide open. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. The AC and Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine taking off. And the TV made a very loud obnoxious buzzing noise. I would not recommend this hotel unless it’s an absolute last resort option. I literally haven’t slept in 2 days because it was so loud and...

“Best mattress and Bedding I have had at a hotel in awhile. Very Quiet, Appropriate room temps. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but adequate. Overall for the cost it was very good and will consider staying here again on next trip through tge area.”

“Check-in took about 20 mins because the front desk wasn’t staffed properly for the insanely busy weekend. Several customers who booked through third parties were turned away due to “lost” reservations. Room was awful, had a terrible wake-you-up-from-a-deep-sleep intermittent sulphur smell. Do not waste your money or your precious sleep!”

“Hot tub was closed, was told it would be fixed the next day and it was closed our entire stay. Pool was open but zero heat, disappointing when hotel was booked due to the pool to relax after a long day at a sports tournament”

“They were out of items like oatmeal by 8 for breakfast. The fan in the room did not stop all the time we were staying, even after we switched it off from the temperature control unit in the wall. ”

“We (me and my pup) had a great stay! This location is quiet (even on first floor), good size room, with plenty of space and also very clean! Parking was easy and plentiful. It is also next door to a wonderful bistro restaurant. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Only things I’d change: The high deposit ($200!), more of a pet relief area, and breakfast upgrade(s) - protein options, juices/fruit, toast! Other than that, would definitely stay again!”

“The Riverfront is an exceptional value. The rims are clean and spacious. We took the site, which was bigger than most 1br apartments, and included a huge soaking tub that is plenty big for two people. It had enough amenities that one could happily stay there for an extended period. It was pouring when we were there, so didn't get to use the pool, but it and the hot tub looked pleasant and clean. ”
