“Just disappointed that the room rate by Expedia and the Marriott rate was different by 140%! I have a claim with Expedia on file assisted by Vanessa a Senior Supervisor!”
“Front desk was very helpful anytime I had a question. Breakfast had plenty of options. Only comment would be that the hotel itself could use some tlc. ”
“This stay exceeded all of our expectations. 2 adults and 2 young kids came in town for a kings island weekend. The hotel was really nice, had a FANTASTIC breakfast, and room was clean and comfortable. It only took us 10 minutes to get to the theme park and we will definitely stay again. We didn’t have time to use the pool and hot tub, but we saw several other families enjoying those amenities. ”
“The motel staff were friendly and welcoming. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Time and weather did not allow us to enjoy breakfast, the pool or view of the Kings Island Fireworks show. Shuttle service was a fantastic bonus.”

“It was extremely comfortable but I found the staff at the breakfast bar extremely rude. They yelled at customers for being in the way and when one guy was getting waffle batter, they actually yellled at him that they were refilling it. Very unfriendly. ”

“We loved having the room cleaned daily and new towels were provided. It was close to the Cincinnati Open, it is right off the highway and easy to get to. The facility is nice and close to some restaurants. ”
