“The only complaint I had were the thread bare bath size towels to use. Everything else was great!”

“The site is very worn. Definitely needs revamping. Not terribly clean: carpets worn, upholstery worn. Paint needs touching up. Pools not monitored or very clean. A group of young teenage boys were in the pool unsupervised and throwing a ball around hitting into our group with a young child, Our relatives asked to move rooms when theirs smelled like dog pee and they found a tick on the wall.”

“Outside the hotel needs some cement work done on porch supports. The room I had was clean and nice. The floor on the second floor was soft in front of the elevator; Breakfast is not included, just coffee. The hotel was nice, but in need of repairs by the owner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“On a hot day, late check-in, no air conditioning, instead the baseboard heat was on. Turned the thermostat off but it stayed warm until morning. Very poorly lit premises and hallway/entrance and it stunk like musty smoke. Nothing on the website(s) indicated you have to go a half a block away to check in to get the key, and it would have been very difficult to find that place in the dark had we not randomly run into another guest. “It smelled like smoke when we walked in. Gentleman at front desk was very kind & accommodating. We went to check out the room and immediately knew we wouldn’t be staying. Didn’t even bring our bags in - left and got a room at the Holday Inn. I have NEVER walked out of a hotel but it just wasn’t a good feeling by any of the 4 in our party.”

“Rooms were large and clean, staff were great. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.”

“This place was a mixed bag. The bed was good, clean sheets, comfortable, but the floors were not clean, especially the bathroom floor had some sticky substance on it. The front security door didn’t work so the hotel was open for anyone to come and go, especially without any front desk staff. They could use a bar of soap since the dispenser is not by the shower. Other than those few things, it was what I expected for the price point.”

“The pool was closed, so that was a bummer. The desk person was kind and helpful. The room had a fitted sheet that didn’t fit the bed, the 3 pillows (it was a king) were very flat and old. The bathroom floor was sticky due to cleaning products not fully cleaned up. Nice TV, desk and free WiFi. Breakfast was okay, I think I was one of two guests so I don’t blame them for not having a lot. I was supposed to get the studio with a king bed/full kitchen and hot tub in the room. “Beautiful lakefront property. Enjoyed our one night stay in the Mission Point section. Would request first floor next time in this section if traveling with young children or a senior as there is no elevator. Very nice updated unit overlooking the lake on the 2nd floor with a huge balcony. We enjoyed visiting the smaller beach in the Mission Point section and getting drinks from the indoor bar in the restaurant right next to the beach.
