“The customer service was excellent!! I can not think of the young lady's name that did my check in but she was AMAZING and accomodated my request. The lady that did the breakfast set up was so kind and the food was fresh and plentful. Ive stayed many times before and have received good customer service, but this time it was really top tier. I dont usuually leave reciews, but would be remiss if i didnt this time! Keep up the excellent work!”

“The room was a good size, I wish there would have been a lounge chair in the corner, but the roll out desk was great. We were crafting and had plenty of space, but there was only one seat.”

“We stayed here for the marathon & it was perfect. The location is only a couple min walk to the starting line, the rooms are clean, bed comfy, & the shower was really nice. I locked my self out after running the marathon & staff got me right back in, I was so grateful. My only critique would be that the rooftop bar is closed & they don’t offer room service. All the staff we interacted with were lovely. I’ll be back next year! ”

“The hotel was excellent. Rooms were big and spacious. Very clean and in a great location. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Marcus took care of us and we appreciate that with it being valentines weekend. He was very friendly, personable, and professional. It was our 1st time in Little Rock and will definitely return. ”
