“First I had to call VRBO support to get this owner to provide check-in information. Then when we arrived at the property we discovered another family there because the unit had been double-booked. I'm still waiting for a response from the owner on a refund. The outside of the property was very unkempt - high grass and vines growing in the walls. Poorly maintained.”

“This beautiful historic home had so much to offer. It was close to Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome Basin. There was a full grocery store in nearby Tropic so we could make our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The views were outstanding from the porch. We were able to do some laundry and slept so well in the cozy beds.”

“Property was very accurately portrayed in the listing. Beautiful views, private and very accessible to Bryce Canyon. Clean with everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful stay! Extra driving directions were very helpful but our GPS did get us there!”

“Fantastic place to watch the sunrise and sunset! The front porch was used a ton - rockers were lovely. Kitchen was great and seemed well stocked. Thank you for the coffee! I did bring my own but for a drip pot.Note: there wasn't a place to eat in the town until April (we stayed in March). And had to go to Panguich for groceries. A wonderful place to stay away from crowds. Loved the uniqueness of the house - especially the loft. ”
