Siamo stati nel "2 rooms luxury apoartment" ed era in effetti corrispondente alle foto ampio e ben attrezzato! La struttura si trova a breve distanza dalle spiaggie du trou au beach e mont choisy. La pulizia è stata fatta tutti i giorni tranne la domenica ed i festivi... Nick ci ha prenotato 2 gite in catamarano: una alle isole del nord che sconsiglio a chi non ama il mare grosso infatti a causa del fortevento non siamo riusciti davvero ad arrivare a tutte le isole... e l'altra all'isola dei Cervi che invece è stata gradevole. Globalmente siamo soddisfatti del soggiorno e consiglio questa struttura anche a chi va con i bambini la piscina è davvero ottima per loro! Cinzia e Giuliano

L'appartement est globalement équipé avec le nécessaire. Seulement la propreté laisse à désirer. Serviettes et draps tachés. Nous avons trouvé plusieurs cafards . Et avons dû insister fortement pour que l'appartement soit nettoyé pendant notre séjour. Le lit est très inconfortable. On sent les ressorts dans le dos. Donc maux de dos garantis. La piscine ferme très tôt le soir. Très déçu.

Emplacement très bien situé pour visiter le nord de l'ile.La plage de mt choisy est à 5'de marche.Arret de bus devant les appartements.Le lieu est calme et propice à la detente,l'appartement est très propre et conforme au descriptif.La literie est correcte,la clim parfaite.Nous etions en rdc et la petite terrasse est très agréable.L'ensemble est sécurisé par un service de sécurité.Mention particulliere et grand merci à NICOLAS qui à contribué de manière très efficace à rendre notre séjour parfait.Merci aussi à RAJINI pour sa gentllesse ,son sourire et son éfficacité.

Honeymoon trip
We stayed 4 nights at Belle Haven Apartments during our honeymoon stay. Since it is situated on the other side of the island as the airport, we asked the property to ensure transportation for us. They were already kind over the phone and the driver was waiting for us at the airport as agreed. The property has a nice private surrounding with an outside pool and balconies / terraces for all apartments. Our apartment was very spacious and clean, equipped with all furniture needed. The electrical appliances were almost brand new, big fridge, A/C, hair drier, safe etc. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Nick, who organized us an island day trip and the airport transport on our way back. We were completely satisfied with our stay at Belle Haven, we would definitely come back again.

When we arrived there was nobody at the property to check us. After a few calls from our taxi driver the security guard arrived. The apartment is 10 min away from 2 of the most beautiful beaches (Trou aux Biches & Mont Choisy). If possible avoid the floor apartment. Don't forget to get shampoo, shower gel, soap. A supermarket is 2km away, but there is an Indian market just above the street.

Nice apartment with just a short walk to beach
The apartment was lovely. Nick and Bianca were super hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. They organised car hire for us at a great price and delivered the car to the door. They also organised. Catamaran trip for us. We also got access to another apartment to do our washing. We could not praise them highly enough Our only criticisms were the poor choice of English tv channels. There is only so long you can watch bbcnews, and the lack of basic items such as soap shampoo and only 1 loo roll per week

Roomy property near good beach
Very nice clean comfortable property in a good location close to a good beach. Could not contact the owner/manager prior to arrival to arrange key pickup. Fortunately security guard was able to check us in. Apart from that a great place to stay

Simply amazing!
We chose this property as we were familiar with the area but did not know what to expect in terms of the apartment. We are so happy we came to Belle Haven! The apartments are big and spacious, with all the amenities you need to feel at home. Nick (the property manager) and his wife Bianca are amazing! They really look after the place and the guests! They made us feel so welcome and looked after. You can even book island tours with Nick for affordable prices instead of going to an agency that you dont know. We would highly recommend you stay at Belle Haven.

Very plesant place
Our stay in Belle Haven was very pleasant even though the weather was not too nice. Overally the hotel is very nice and the room was very spacious and comfy and was being cleaned every day. Belle Haven is located in Trou aux Biches/Mont Choisy area and is very close to public beaches which are not too crowded. Only thing you will need to get around the island is a rented car or public transport. Definitely recommend for couples or families. (and please please say HI to the old man who guards the hotel at night from us:)

Apartment was very nice with a great location between 2 beaches. We often had the pool to ourselves and felt very safe there with the night guard on duty. Nick was friendly and helpful with good local knowledge. However we arrived at night and the place was difficult to find also it could use with a few cooking staples in stock. A luxury apartment should not mean having to buy salt, pepper, oil, etc that easily could be supplied. Made cooking difficult. All and all a great place but you must come prepared.

Nice apartment close to two beaches
Apartment was nice and comfortable. Air conditional was very good with several options: off, only dry mode, cool mode for custom degrees. In the apartment was everything what we needed (fridge, micro wave, modern bathroom etc.). The location is close to two beaches (Mont Choisy Beach and Troux aux Biches). You get 5 GB fast internet for free, after 5 GB you have to pay for an additional internet package. The service and people and guard duty in the evening hours were very friendly and they answer you all questions and can give advises. They also know where you can find and organise everything. We can recommend the restaurant "Refresh" 1min walking away. It was so good that we decided to eat dinner every evening there (instead of cooking on ourselves). The owner collected experience in Dubai and does everything fresh (!!). We really loved his food.

Welcoming atmosphere
We had a great stay at Belle Haven. Nicolas and the crew were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and well tempered. We were staying with our 9 month old daughter and a baby bed and a baby chair was available.

A good location made better by the helpful manager Nick, and cleaned beautifully by his wife.Although no sea view 2 beaches are within 5 mins walk.Best place to snorkel is point aux piment behind hotel recife. Evening security man is a star.

Inoubliable!!!
Nous avons séjourné au Belle Haven de Mont Choisy du 01/10/15 au 16/10/15. L'appartement était totalement conforme à la présentation du site et à nos attentes (très propre, climatisation, proximité plages seulement à une centaine de mètres de la magnifique plage de Trou aux biches, piscine). De plus nous avons eu la joie de disposer de serviettes de bain et de plage ainsi qu'une connexion Wifi gratuite, alors que ce n'était pas indiqué sur le site. Le grand plus de cette location c'est son personnel extrêmement accueillant et chaleureux, n'hésitez surtout pas à contacter le gérant Nicolas qui est un amoureux de son pays, qui se fera un plaisir de vous conseiller et de vous orienter afin que ce séjour soit inoubliable!!! Ce fut notre cas ;-)

Belle Haven er et fantastisk lejlighedskompleks med venligt personale. Lejligheden med 2 soveværelser var helt fantastisk og havde alt det, som man kan ønske sig ved bookning af en lejlighed. Beliggenheden er dog knap så god, da den ligger lige ud til traffikeret vej. Det er dog kun en kort gåtur til en skøn strand!

가성비 대만족입니다.. 일단 너무 아름다운 몬 초이시 해변에서 가깝고 깨끗하고 청결합니다.. 저희는 7곱살 딸이랑 이곳에서 일주일을 머물렀는데, 시설도 깨끗하고, 무엇보다 아이가 장염으로 많이 아팠는데, 매니저가 병원까지 직접 데려다 주고 무었보다 아이가 중요하다며 저희가 떠난 뒤에도 따로 연락을 주셨습니다.. 모리셔스는 일단 환상적이고 이 숙소는 절대 추천합니다.. 가격도 너무 착하죠... 저희는 여기서 일주일 머물며 모리셔스를 일주하고, 다음번 숙소는 호텔로 옮겨서 호텔안에서만 즐기다 왔습니다..

Après un long voyage (11h40 de vol et 1h45 de voiture) avec 2 enfants : accueil irréprochable, gentillesse et souplesse des gérants (arrivée en avance sans problème, aide pour porter la valise, linge lavé à la demande, conseils et disponibilité, DVD gentiment prêtés car la nuit tombe tôt, pas d'horaire fixe pour quitter) , belle résidence très propre et bien entretenue, appartement spacieux, propre, confortable et bien équipé mais peu de vaisselle et pas de lave-vaiselle. Idéal pour être autonome et barouder mais pas trop dans le Sud car il faut environ 1h30 à 2h00 de voiture et pas pour lézarder au lit le matin en ce moment : d'un côté la route et de l'autre immeuble en construction : les ouvriers attaquent à 8h00. Nous ça nous servait de réveil pour partir à la découverte de cette île fabuleuse où tout nous a émerveillés y compris la gentillesse de Mauriciens.

Superb - entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen
Die Apartments sind sehr modern und großzügig eingerichtet, auch der Pool ist modern gestaltet. Der Asstistant und Supervisor waren überaus freundlich und haben uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Auch für ein nettes Gespräch waren beide aufgeschlossen! In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es ca 4 Restaurants, die Pizzeria La Bay de Pirates ist empfehlenswert und auch das Restaurant vom Grand Bleu Hotel. Der Public Beach ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, leider muss man hier auf der Straße gehen (ohne Gehsteig). Der Strand von Trou aux biches ist ebenfalls in 5 Minuten erreichbar und ist nach einem kurzen Weg auf der Straße gut erreichbar. Direkt vor der Anlage befindet sich eine Busstation - die Busse fahren von hier in den Norden und zu Port Louis. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es in der Hauptsaison daher vielleicht recht laut ist untertags, für uns war das aber kein Problem. Gegenüber vom Haupteingang der Apartmentanlage befindet sich ein Supermarkt, der laut Supervisor aber sehr teuer ist. Wir sind daher immer zum Supermarkt Popo in Trou aux Biches gegangen, der etwa 2 km entfernt ist. Im Allgemein war es sehr sauber, modern, großzügig und alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Apartment ist perfekt, wenn man sich auch die Gegend anschauen und sich am Abend etwas Gutes kochen möchte. Die Küche Ist Top ausgestattet. Wir können Belle Haven auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!

++ Environnement très calme. Personnel au top. Piscine un peu étroite mais idéale pour des jeunes enfants. Proximité du bus et de Grand Baie. -- En revanche, en raison du dimanche, on nous a demandé de libérer les chambres à 10h au lieu de 12h car les femmes de ménage étaient venues exceptionnellement travailler ce jour là.

The apartment rooms were high class, great quality and very clean. the kitchen was perfectly kitted out although did not have an oven - however there was a hob and microwave, toaster etc. The staff were excellent and really looked after us - Ravi on security was really helpful and it felt like a small and friendly resort. My only 2 areas to feedback is that Wifi is only accessible at the pool area - you cannot get this in the rooms. Secondly the hotel does not face directly over the sea but we did not find this an issue. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return to this apartment or one of the others offered by this company.

Pour une fois les photos d'une location reflètent la réalité de la prestation; Appartement spacieux - moderne et bien équipé une petite piscine à disposition - du personnel de gardiennage 24H/24H Le tout à 5 bonnes minutes à pieds de la plage de trou aux biches Le tarif est très intéressant ... bref un excellent choix !

sommes habitués à voyager et à chercher des hôtels un peu cachés, mais là... très difficile à trouver, car les indications du site ne sont pas bonnes. l'adresse n'est pas assez précise même pour les taxis qui n'ont pas pu nous aider à trouver. L'hotel n'est pas à Trou aux Biches, mais à Mont Choisy. après avoir tourné dans les alentours pendant 30 minutes, et après 5 appels à la centrale de réservation nous avons eu quelqu'un qui a pu nous expliquer comment accéder. et surprise à l'arrivée, porte fermée. personne alors que nous avions appelé la veille pour prévenir de notre arrivée et que l'on nous avait donné les horaires... un manque d'organisation flagrant !!! mais il semble que l'hotel soit récent et l'équipe pas encore rodée. le reste des prestations et plutôt bien, mais laissons leur le temps de mieux s'organiser. A j'oubliais à l'heure de partir personne pour l'état des lieux, alors que nous avions convenu d'un rdv. merci aux femmes de menages qui ont appelé et réussi à trouver un autre responsable. personnellement je n'y retournerai pas même si les chambres sont très belles, et la piscine plutot agréable. j'ai un très mauvais souvenir de l'arrivée et du départ (avec des valises lourdes à roulette et une poussette, les accès sont inadaptés).
