“We think the property is nice overall, but we noticed somethings need maintenance upgrades. Our room could have been cleaned a little better. The bathroom door and the light switch wasn't clean. We found crumbs and dust on the floor near the floor light and chair in the corner of the room. There wasn't enough staff near the pool early enough to open the slide, however, once I asked someone, they obliged.”

“If you spray for bugs clean up when they die. It’s gross. I will never return. If I could have had a refund I would have taken that option and left. “Convenience was great, location was near just about everything. Facility itself was well maintained and clean.
Carpet in room was stained, we needed room cleaned daily and this location only cleaned every other day. We ran out of towels, coffee, garbage over flowed. I had to request every day room service to get the room clean. They have a major ant issue by the parking lot. I was bitten on my feet while unloading the car.”

“The staff at the Comfort Inn Suites near Sabino Canyon were very kind and welcoming. The pool looked cool (though I did not use it) the all over atmosphere was a really cool idea with little inner plaza feelings between different sections of the hotel and outdoor access to your room.
My room didn’t have a working tv in it, as they just installed direct tv boxes but missed mine. I could have asked for a nee room but really didn’t feel like it at that point.
