Case in affitto a Tujunga

“This house was a perfect Burbank house for our visit. It allowed our family to spread out into our own bedrooms. It was also so nice to have two bathrooms! We loved the modern decor - it felt fresh and more hotel-like. We also liked the option for playing in the back with the ping pong table. The host was very friendly and available to communicate. It was also nice to have a driveway so we had a set parking space for our rental car. Burbank is such a great place to stay with pretty much...

“Only one issue: dissatisfied at the way the host addressed a beeping carbon monoxide alarm. The unit was beeping right when we arrived at the house at 4pm. Contacted the host right away and was told someone would come by. Left the house and came back around 9:30pm to a still beeping alarm. Message host and was told they would follow up. We could not sleep due to the sound so had to go buy batteries and replace the unit. Thankfully, it was a battery issue. But it could have been an actual carbon...

“オーナーの方にチェックインについて確認をすると、チェックイン1時間前に詳細情報をいただくことができました。 部屋は綺麗に掃除が行き届いており、臭いもありませんでした。飲み物やスナック類も置いてあり、また洗濯洗剤も用意してくれてあったので大変助かりました。 ホテル並みのホスピタリティに感動いたしました。 駐車場も部屋の目の前にあり周りの環境もよく安心して滞在できました。 ぜひまた利用したい宿泊施設です。”

“This is a great place. Perfect location for our visit. We had our little dog with us and didn’t worry at all as the yard is fully fenced. Well appointed and nicely decorated. With friends and family in the area, would totally book this property again. ”

“Great stay. Larrry was an excellent host”

“House was sparkling clean and had efficient use of space, with plenty of room. All appliances and supplies were easy to use and convenient. Parking was a breeze - on the street but right in front of the house. Check in information and procedure was smooth with clear instructions for combination locks. Roman was very responsive to our initial issue with no hot water and explained exactly what to do to fix it. The stool chairs at the island eating space are fun to look at but exceedingly...

“Home was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Quiet street and we always found street parking close by. 15 minute walk to Universal Studios and 15 minutes drive to Hollywood attractions. Host responded within minutes to any questions.”

“Everything was perfect. It was the most quiet and clean place we have stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or needed was available and Larry was an exceptional host. We fully intend to stay here again the next time we are in the area.”

“Attended an event at the Rose Bowl and this property made everything very convenient. Clean property and great location!”

“The house is nice, conveniently located, and offers private parking and all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the shower drain in the master bathroom and the sink in the guest bathroom were partially clogged. Water drained slowly, leaving behind dirty residue from previous use, which made both unpleasant and unsanitary to use. The host promised to send someone the following morning to address these issues, but no one showed up. The host was responsive and communication was great, but...

“This property exceeded my expectations tasteful elegance with a calming zen like effect it was like stepping into the scene of a movie. After baking in 100 degree temperatures at Universal Studios we arrived at this calming peaceful retreat and the pool and jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. The host was attentive to our every need we left feeling pampered rested and revived. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a top flight in experience ”

“Beautiful, clean and great communication from the host! Perfect spot for my parents visiting the area.”
