“We loved the house. Such a great location if wanting to visit Yosemite. Clean and very organized. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Plenty of room for a big family. Super cute lake right down the street. Would highly recommend.”

“My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....

“The hostess answered all my questions promptly. The house is located in a very calm and pretty location. Home was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. We enjoyed the wide selection of games and old movies/videos which we very much enjoyed.”

The challet is in a great location, less than an hour from Yosemite valley, Hetch Hetchy dam or Sonora, but in a very quite location at the end of a road. You can get there easily, just go to the end of paved Hells Hollow road and then keep straight on the dirt road until you reach 2111 and the gate. “Nice property. Good location. Owner is good to work with. Note that it is a 10-15 foot climb (40 stairs) from street level to the front door – some of the climb with no handrails. If you have mobility issues it may be a challenge to get in. One person in our group had to use walking sticks. If accessibility is not an issue for your guests, I definitely recommend this property. ”
