“This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've experienced. The room I was originally checked into was clearly not properly cleaned. The windows had filthy hand smear marks and there was leftover food sitting in the microwave from a previous guest. It's unacceptable that a room in this condition was considered ready for check-in. After complaining, I was moved to another room, but instead of resolving the problem, I was simply downgraded to a smaller, lower-value room with less beds...

“Older hotel with newer renovations. Clean with helpful staff. The pool is indoors in an atrium with rooms on either side, so there can be a good amount of noise in those rooms. Pool closes at 10, so it wasn't a problem for us. Decent breakfast with fresh eggs and bacon”

“This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in the last 10 years that took the time to call your room about 15 minutes after check in to see if everything was good and if you needed help with anything. As it was, the TV was being a bit difficult and went into a software update that we didn't know what to do with. A gentleman came up immediately and waited til it was all done and installed it for us. While waiting, he gave great tips for places to go, where they were and restaurants. Couldn't...

“Great location for our stay. We had an event at the Enmax Centre and the venue was within walking distance. Also right beside a strip mall and other stores. Kids loved the pool but the water slides and wave pool didn't open until 5pm. We had a room that overlooked the pool and there was some noise in the room from that while the pool was open. “Like the old saying goes, "you get what you paid for", and this was the case here. Pros: Room was clean, liked the addition of the small kitchenette area, liked the motel entrance rather than being up several floors in a hotel and fridge and freezer were larger than normal. Cons: beds were terribly uncomfortable, couldn't get air conditioning to work, crank window broken and not usable, only 1 pkg of coffee, kleenex box with perhaps 3 tissues in it, no vending, ATM or ice machine on site. ...
