“The shadiest property ever. I reported that the fridge in our room was leaking and ruined $70 worth of food and the property manager tried blaming us for it and said they were going to make us pay for the damage. Then they had a maintenance guy come look at it and turns out it was their fault and the fridge was disconnected somehow. They are now refusing to reimburse us for all of the items in the fridge that were ruined because of them. Terrible company, terrible shady staff. Will definitely...

I was in town for a concert, and when I returned around midnight it seemed that all outlets had stopped working. Meaning the fridge had no power, the ac unit had no power, and I was not able to charge my phone or laptop. The power did not return until around 8:30 in the morning.
