“The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.”

“We booked a family suite to have more space. Our tv did not work, the sink would not drain, the sofa was so filthy that I took one of the extra bedspreads off an unused bed to cover it. The office staff tried to get the tv working and after lots of plunging the sink remained clogged. The office staff moved us to a smaller room. “Staff was delightful. Room was dirty, tv didn’t have a remote, no coffee in the room, pool was not lit for evening swimming. Rowdy kids, made swimming for us not safe. Parking and location were very convenient.”

“The resort had a location that can't be beat, near the center of the island and walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. It was clean but worn (most hotels along the water will be). It's hard to keep the humidity out but the room gave it a darn good try. We fell for the upsell of renting chairs from the Tiki Hut, but didn't realize they were set between the tiki bar and the volleyball court but it turned out to be for the best since no alcohol allowed on the beach.
