  • Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex with all the comforts of home, available for short-term rental! This spacious retreat comes complete with a 2-car garage for your convenience.

    As you step inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, coffee maker and toaster – perfect for whipping up delicious meals or quick snacks during your stay. The open-plan living area boasts a generous 50-inch TV, making it the ideal spot to unwind and catch up on your favorite shows or movies.

    Our master bedroom is a true sanctuary, furnished with a luxurious king-size bed and its own 40-inch TV. The attached ensuite bathroom ensures your privacy and convenience. The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space if needed.

It was an amazing place to stay! She had everything you needed in there! She was easy to get ahold of when we had an issue and it was handled within hours! I would HIGHLY recommend going to this BNB.

I enjoyed staying at this property. It was at the end of a quiet street. I loved having access to the garage. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. It was just me so I did not sleep in the second bedroom. I used the office space for a zoom call I had so that was convenient. It had a Keurig coffee machine and even had some Keurig pods. I felt safe and I would stay here again.

The space was very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with necessities. The neighborhood was safe and close to everything we needed. Victoria was especially accommodating when I had to extend my stay longer than my initial reservation period.

We always love staying at Victoria’s place. It’s in a great spot—quiet, safe, and in a nice neighborhood close to UT. It always feels comfortable and has become our home away from home.

We had a great time! The host quickly responded to a couple of questions we had. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Loved having our car in the garage (bonus!) We would book again if we are back in Tyler for a girls trip in the future. Thanks!
We were so busy having fun, the only picture I took was sitting outside in the back yard enjoying my morning coffee listening to the birds! 🐦
