Everything is convenient, only downfall, no private balcony access but on the 3rd floor you have a full blown balcony area that has viewing to the Bay to have your morning coffee, a swim or just relaxation. “Great experience ! Just a 5 min walk away from the beach . It’s not super fancy, but it is very affordable and it gets the job done ! “This was a good place to stay for a motel, good value, friendly staff, clean room, nice well kept pool and grounds and the grounds were very well lit up. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights wth our 3 year old and enjoyed ourselves, we walked to the beach and the Lexington close by. Down side, only had coffee and cereal for breakfast, we stayed on the 3rd floor and the elevator is there but doesn't work so had to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs. “The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”
