“The place was perfect for a family getaway”

“The only issue was the pillows were too soft and the water pressure was awful. Overall, five stars, it's an excellent hotel. We had a wonderful time. Bring a pillow if you don't like a lack of support. My two gripes aren't enough to give it a lower rating. The place was fantastic!”

“It was overall okay beautiful view, great location. Room was good only bad thing and that’s a major one the bed was horrible I woke up like I was hit by a car tossed and turned all night you felt and heard every spring. We would sink in towards the middle where there’s no cushion.”

“I can not give 0 stars or I would ! Horrible place to stay. Smelled bad in the rooms, beds were stained that we slept on our blankets and pillows and no toiletries in rooms ! There was an attic door in our ceiling that I thought was going to fall open at anytime. Just God awful place for our family with kids. Was not expecting to explain the smell of everyone smoking pot to my kids either!”

“Property has a lot of construction so elevators didn't work so we had to go up 3 flights of steps , no fire alarms in the building , patching wood everywhere, electrical cords across the roof in hallway , midnight rat screams”

“Dirty room had to change 3 times to get the right one paid extra for a pool view and didn’t get a refund for it”

“We loved our room, it felt like a mini apartment. Had a full kitchen, stove, microwave, big fridge. They bad mini dish soap and a brand new sponge available if we needed it. They had kitchen supplies, pots, pans, silverware. We loved how spacious it was. Definitely would be back!”
