“Shower head in room sprayed ceiling, every time someone else would open a door, our when others would open the doors to other rooms, our room door would clunk back and forth in the latch plate, even when d-bolted. The lady down at restaurant in morning was not very helpful, I asked for coffee and she pointed to the empty containers and said “the coffee is free” and I had to remind her I just stated the coffee was empty. “Well this place doesn’t read room one reserves. Given a room on 3rd floor and AC wasn’t working. Went down to get this Derrick working office and gave us another room. Remote had no batteries and AC wasn’t working properly either. In the process of going to another room following this guy. The floor was cracked and uneven that I ended up falling. “The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”
