“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was very warm and welcoming, and the staff went the extra mile by surprising us with a birthday cake to celebrate, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room was clean and comfortable. While the bed was a bit soft for my personal preference, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
