“We didn’t use the spa. I think the property could do with a bit of updating in terms of decor but for what we needed, the hotel was perfectly adequate.”

“We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. The reception is away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/ restaurant which was good. The room was big enough, but the beds are really small. My husband had to go and ask for another room (on his own) as the double was bearly wide enough for both of us, let alone long enough. … so if you are over 5’8 you will struggle. “The whole unit was exactly as described and expected. Self contained with kettle, fridge and microwave(bonus!). Lovely quiet village area. Very comfortable bed and great ensuite bathroom with excellent and powerful shower cubicle. An optional help yourself breakfast facility is a new concept which we didnt use this time, but thought a great idea. We would definitely stay again as the price is very competitive. One small suggestion would be for a choice of some deeper pillows maybe?”

“Rooms old very small mine was the premium version still small but did have a modern bathroom could hear people from outside from the pub people walkingpast not the best ,bar was being run by recepton staff breakfast room nice breakfast was ok staff was friendly under staffed though confirmed late checkout was changed on the day not happy value for money expensive would i go again no ”
