“The Monarch is a very clean establishment and the staff is super friendly. The one thing I didn’t like about my stay was when playing the slot machines, my husband and I waited hours before any staff greeted us and offered a drink. That is supposed to be part of the gambling experience is the complimentary drinks while gambling. This was the only thing I was impressed about for my stay everything else was amazing! ”
