“Booked this hotel due to the central location. Stayed here for two nights. Checked in on a Saturday and left early Monday morning. After a long day in the city on Sunday, we got back to our room and to our surprise, it had not been cleaned. Bed wasn’t made, no new towels, trash wasn’t changed, etc. House keeping did NOT visit our room at all during our stay. This is extremely odd and unacceptable. “The hotel itself was fine. The staff, however, is another story. I am trying to get a receipt of my stay for 5 days now and I have not received an email from them with it. This was charged directly to hotel and my card was charged. I was hung up on multiple times or transferred to numbers that kept ringing. It is inexcusable to not respond to a customer to that has paid to stay in your hotel. And such a simple request.”
